How do I register?

What does the ticket price cover?
The ticket covers your participation in the AoH Training, including space, supplies, staff, lunch and fika. It does not include accommodation, transport or meals outside training hours.
How do I get to the training?
Find travel routes to Karlskrona in the travel section Link to practicalities page.
BTH can be reached by walking from Bergasa train station, city bus, or biking easily from anywhere in town.
Can I park for free at BTH?
Bike
BTH offers a lot of free bike parking spaces, where you can lock your bike.
Car
There is a limited amount of parking places available for cars (ed. Ask information at reception desk of BTH). However, the public transports services serve well BTH, with a stop right in front of the buildings, a short walk from the Multisallen where AoH will unfold.
BTH and the AoH organising team cannot be held accountable for any damages that would happen to your vehicles left on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I know who else is going?
We cannot provide a list of participants, but you might find some on the Facebook Event once it's published and later in the WhatsApp group. You can also reach out to your network and ask them if they’re coming (and if they’re not, tell them what they would be missing!) ;)
Do I need to bring anything in particular?
Your beautiful self :)
Can I bring my pet?
Unless they are your guide-companion, your best friend will unfortunately not be able to attend the event, as the premises cannot allow them.
What is the dress code / what clothes should I bring?
No formal dress code. Bring something you feel comfortable in, something you can sit on the floor with and clothes you are not afraid of getting dirty. Finally, for the most daring of you, bring your swimsuit! The beautiful location of AoH offers a direct access to Baltic waters.
What if I require special assistance?
If you require specific assistance, including dietary restrictions, please inform us through the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate accordingly.
Can I smoke on the premises?
The premises are entirely non-smoking areas. You might do so outside, away from entries and buildings. You will find bins in which you can discard your safely extinguished cigarettes.
Electronic cigarettes must follow the same rules.
