Registration Process
You register by following two simple steps below:

Step 2: Pay your ticket through the platform Billetto (payment options: debit or credit card, google or apple pay, swish, or invoice).
- Participants who pay for a standard or reduced price will be redirected to Billetto upon completing step 1.
- Scholarship and group discount applicants should wait for a confirmation email before any payment in step 2.
Your registration is only valid once you complete both steps.
Once you have registered and completed payment, you will receive the confirmation of your place on the training via email.
Training Fee
Ticket price option
We offer two basic prices for the training to enable everyone to join us, regardless of economic status. Our hope is that by offering these price ranges, more people can pay the training fee (without needing additional financial assistance), which gives us the financial support to cover our training expenses. Please, be mindful of this while deciding your contribution amount.

- Regular ticket – 7,500 SEK
- Student/ low income ticket – 3,800 SEK

- Scholarship: In case you would like to participate, but financial reasons still hold you back, note that you can easily benefit from a scholarship. Please read the section on scholarships to get support from us.
- Group discount: If you are planning to join the training as a group, you could benefit from a group discount of -10% on your ticket selection. Please read the section on group discount to get support from us.
- Donation: For people who would like to help others to join the training. If you want to support eager participants who cannot afford the full cost of the training, you can donate through the ticketing platform - Billetto. Simply choose a number in "Donation" box when paying for your ticket. The donated money will be sent to us together with your payment.
This fee includes:
- Training fee
- 4 lunches
- Refreshments & snacks (or Fika, how we call it in Sweden) every morning and afternoon during training time
- Materials during the training, workbook in PDF
This fee does not include:
- Your travel expense and accommodation
- Your personal expenses
Scholarship
We do not want financial hardship to prevent you from coming to the training. We have limited funds to offer full and partial scholarships. If you cannot pay full price, you can ask for a discount, which will be distributed on a “first come first served” basis. Please consider your real needs when applying, so we can help as many people as possible.

Group Discount
To strengthen the ability of people from the same organization to continue practicing the Art of Hosting, we encourage the participation of groups in such training. We therefore propose to groups of 3-5 members a discount of -10% on the ticket prices.
Through the Registration Form, you can fill in your information and ask for a group discount. Wait for a confirmation email BEFORE purchasing your ticket, as we can only provide support by giving you a discount to purchase your ticket - not by sending you a refund. Indeed, after filling the form, you will receive a code by email that you can use to purchase tickets with this discount.

Refund Policy
Please inform us via email ([email protected]) as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the training for any reason. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you can do so by contacting us latest one day before the training starts.
If you need to cancel your participation, you can get a full refund of your ticket until 21st May. After that, we cannot refund your ticket.
