We are happy to see you joining us for the Art of Hosting training 2022 at Mundekulla!
Date & Time The training starts at 14:00, Monday 15th August, and closes at 16:00, Thursday 18th August, 2022. You are welcome to stay for Thursday night and have a slow fading out.
Training location Different from previous years this training does not take place in Karlskrona but in about an hours distance at a beautiful ecological foundation in the countryside of Småland within woods and near to lakes. Therefore, on-site accomodation is highly recommended. We are looking forward to evening hang-outs and joint morning practices. The location is: Mundekulla Retreatcenter 361 95 Långasjö, Sweden.
Registration process There are two easy steps for signing up:
First, we ask you to give some personal information to help us planning, e.g. dietary preferences, in a Google form.
From there you will be led to our ticketing platform Billetto, where you can choose your ticket option and accommodation. Your registration is only valid once you complete both steps.
Prices are in the local currency SEK (Swedish crowns). Dividing SEK prices by ten you will have an estimation about € prices. Please check current conversion rates.
You can choose one ticket price option and one accommodation option. Therefore, your final price will consist of adding both options. E.g. 1750 SEK low income ticket plus 1500 SEK own tent adds up to 3250 SEK (about 325 €) in total. Here is an overview:
Ticket price option We offer different prices for the training to enable everyone to join us. They are calculated in a way that will enable us to cover all expenses if a mix of tickets is bought. If financial reasons would hold you back from joining us, please read the section on scholarships and contact us:
Low income ticket – 1750 SEK
Regular ticket – 2500 SEK
Business/Institution/Government ticket – 5000 SEK If you join us as part of a business or other organization with funds for training and education please consider this ticket.

The ticket price covers your participation in the AoH Training. With the income from the tickets, we cover the stewards and hosts (AoH terms for trainers) expenses for travel and accommodation, a small income for them, and costs for materials and the seminar room.

Scholarships Everyone is welcome to join our training. Living in a world of economic inequalities we ask those who currently have a higher income to pay more. We also applied for a fund to support scholarships for this training. We offer partial and full scholarships. Please write us at [email protected] with some lines about your motivation to join the training and how much you are currently able to contribute. Even for full scholarships we ask you to contribute with a small amount to show an effort to participate (a small amount may be the same effort as a high amount for someone else and thereby both of you show the same effort for participation). We can offer as many scholarships as our funds allow, which partly depends on how many high price tickets are sold. If your application is successful you get a discount code for the billeto registration platform. The scholarship does not cover travel costs.
