"Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it."

— Mahatma Gandhi --

We live in a time of rapid change. Old systems are breaking down, and new patterns are just beginning to emerge. We stand at the edge of the unknown—where things feel unstable, yet full of possibility. In moments like these, how we gather and hold space for each other matters. We, as humans, can use our strengths, gifts, and talents to weave the connections required to move beyond conflicts, build stability and resilience within chaos.

What if the way we meet and converse could shape the future?

We invite you to four immersive days of learning, practice, and connection at the Art of Hosting in Karlskrona, Sweden, from June 16–19, 2025. This is a space for leaders, changemakers, and anyone seeking deeper ways to engage with others in uncertain times.

What is Art of Hosting?

The Art of Hosting is more than a method. It is a practice, a mindset, and a way of creating spaces where people come together—not just to talk, but to listen, to understand, and to co-create meaningful action. It is about learning to be present in complexity, to notice emerging patterns, and to build the confidence to hold space for transformation.

Through participatory leadership tools and methods, we are here to explore the calling questions of How can practicing the "Art of Hosting" support us in creating thriving futures for all? and How may we as humans weave meaningful connections to move beyond conflicts?

Why Join?
  • To develop confidence in hosting conversations that lead to real impact
  • To explore participatory leadership in practice—not just in theory
  • To build skills for working with complexity and change
  • To become part of a global community of practitioners
  • To reconnect with your own purpose and resilience

This is not typical training. It is an experience. A practice ground. A space to expand your capacity to lead and hold conversations that matter.

If you feel the call to step into this work, we welcome you—with all your curiosity, courage, and questions.
