What does the ticket price cover?
The ticket price covers the food (lunch and fika) for the 3 days of training, as well as any supplies that will be used during the training.

Can I park for free at BTH?
Bike: BTH offers a lot of free bike parking spaces, where you can lock your bike.
Car: There is a limited amount of parking places available for cars. However, the public transports services serve well at BTH, with a stop right in front of the buildings, a short walk from the Multisallen where AoH will unfold.
BTH and the AoH organising team cannot be held accountable for any damages that would happen to your vehicles left on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
I need a visa to travel to Sweden. Can I get an invitation letter?
Yes, absolutely! Just email us your registration confirmation and details to [email protected] and we will be delighted to help.
How can I find accommodation?
Karlskrona offers a lot of hotels, campings and AirBnBs. It is up to you to organise your own accommodation. June is a beautiful season to come visit Karlskrona, so we can only advise you to secure your accommodation as soon as possible!
Can I know who else is going?
We cannot provide a list of participants, but you might find some on the Facebook Event Page. You can also reach out to your network and ask them, if they’re coming and if they’re not, tell them what they would be missing! ;)
Can I bring my pet?
Unless they are your guide-companion, your best friend will unfortunately not be able to attend the event, as the premises cannot allow them.
What is the dress code / what clothes should I bring?
No formal dress code. Bring something you feel comfortable in, something you can sit on the floor with too, as it might happen. You could bring some clothes you are not afraid of getting dirty, depending on the activities you want to take part in. Finally, for the most daring of you, bring your swimsuit! The beautiful location of AoH offers a direct access to the Baltic waters.
I require special assistance during the event
If you require specific assistance during the event, please contact us (see below) as soon as possible, and we will be happy to accommodate your stay and participation to the best of our possibilities and available equipments.
Can I smoke on the premises?
The premises are entirely non-smoking areas. You might do so outside, away from entries and buildings. You will find bins in which you can discard your safely extinguished cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes must follow the same rules.
