Story of Day 0

Day 0 was about landing and grounding at Mundekulla and in the group. For the first time we came together at Naturum training room with its window walls right next to the forest.
Isabel opened the training by welcoming us all through reading a beautiful poem which addressed the diversity of human beings. Priska and Felix presented the context of our calling question: How might we foster collaboration to bridge the multiple divides in times of change and urgency? |
Then we started to learn more about each other with the game ‘Anyone who…’ to meet each other when walking through the room and changing seats while making visible smaller and bigger divides present within our group. Afterwards Mansi and Trang invited all of us to step into the circle to speak our names, pronouns and what made us come here. The first village news was followed by participants signing up for hosting and service roles during the training before moving into a check-out. After the first dinner some groups were already meeting for coaching time and then Peter from Mundekulla offered an optional walk over the land, telling us about his personal story and the history of the place.
