• What does the calling question mean to me and my life - stories and experiences  of “stepping in/stepping back”
  
• What are the themes and patterns that emerged through the stories told?
  
• Harvesting Question: What are the common questions coming out of the themes?

• Framing (7 min)
• Café-etiquette and 1st question (7 min)
• Round 1 (30 min)
• Brief framing and 2nd question
• Round 2 (25 min)
• Harvesting question and harvesting (in the same groups as in round 2) (20 min)
• Bingo Harvesting - Clustering on Harvesting sheet (15 min)
