Process

Question:

• Tell about a time when life called you to take up the power of choice and you stepped into something that really inspired you. What happened?

Hosting Roles:

• Storyteller: tell a story answering the question
• Harvester: what conditions helped the storyteller to exercise a powerful choice?
• Witness: give your presence to the storyteller. What stays in you from the story? What gift can you give back to the storyteller from your witnessing?

Agenda:

• Groups of 3
• First storyteller tells story, then harvester and witness reflect back
• Repeat above process with 2nd and 3rd storytellers
• Harvest from sticky notes (way and conditions)  are placed on harvest template
• Participants share reflections from the process
• Patters found in the harvest are shared with the whole group

Materials:

• A4s, sticky notes in 2 colors and markers
